3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions
- Share only relevant business information necessary for consulting purposes
- Avoid transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

4. Age Restrictions and Requirements

- Resolve disputes with vendors without involving TechVision as mediator

Liability and Warranties

- No warranty is provided for third-party software or service recommendations
- Market conditions and technology changes may affect consulting recommendations
- Implementation success depends on factors beyond consulting control
10. Limitation of Liability
- Total liability is limited to the value of consulting fees paid for the specific project
- No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

11. Consequential Damages Exclusion

- Covers pandemic-related restrictions and international travel limitations
- Extends to cyber attacks, power outages, and telecommunications disruptions
- Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize force majeure impacts
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus
- Cyprus courts have exclusive jurisdiction for legal disputes

14. Dispute Resolution Procedures

- Legal action may be pursued only after exhausting alternative dispute resolution
