3. Service Access Requirements

4. Fair Usage Guidelines

Account and Access Terms

5. Account Creation Requirements

  • Website contact forms do not create formal consulting accounts

6. Account Security Responsibilities

7. Account Suspension and Termination

12. Service Modifications and Updates

  • Service improvements are implemented continuously to enhance client value

Intellectual Property Rights

14. License Grants

15. Copyright and Trademark Notices

  • TechVision trademarks and branding remain our exclusive property
  • Third-party software and tools are subject to their respective licenses

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action
