2. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

• IT architecture design and infrastructure consulting
• Vendor management and technology procurement advice
• Business process optimization through technology solutions

Prohibited Uses:

• Requesting illegal technology implementations or security exploits
• Sharing our proprietary methodologies without written permission
• Using our services to compete directly against our consulting practice
• Misrepresenting your organization or technology requirements

3. Service Access Requirements

• Valid business contact information and organizational representation
• Clear technology objectives and consultation scope definition
• Commitment to professional engagement throughout consulting process
• Understanding that consulting advice requires organizational implementation
• Agreement to service pricing and payment terms before project commencement

4. Fair Usage Guidelines

• Consultation requests should include sufficient detail for meaningful responses
• Follow-up communications should be reasonable and business-focused
• Respect scheduled consultation times and preparation requirements
• Understand that comprehensive solutions require formal consulting engagements

5. Account Creation Requirements

• Formal consulting accounts are established through signed service agreements
• Website contact forms do not create formal consulting accounts
• Business verification may be required for certain consulting services
• Account holders must be authorized to make technology decisions for their organization

6. Account Security Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of consultation documents and recommendations
• Protect access credentials for any consulting portals or project management systems
• Report suspected security breaches immediately to our consulting team
• Ensure authorized personnel only access consulting materials and communications

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Either party may terminate consulting relationships with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination may occur for breach of confidentiality or misuse
• Outstanding payments must be settled before final termination
• Post-termination confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

8. Multiple Account Policies

• Organizations may have multiple consulting engagements for different projects
• Each consulting project requires separate scope and pricing agreements
• Consolidated billing is available for multiple concurrent projects
• Cross-project information sharing requires explicit authorization

9. Service Uptime and Maintenance

• Website availability targets 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible
• Consulting services maintain business hours support with emergency escalation
• Project deliverable timelines account for reasonable technical delays

10. Feature Availability

• Core consulting services remain consistent throughout engagement periods
• New methodologies and tools may be introduced to enhance service quality
• Legacy consulting approaches may be phased out with adequate transition time
• Specialized services may have limited availability based on expertise demand

11. Geographic Restrictions

• Primary service delivery is within Cyprus and EU member countries
• International consulting is available with additional travel and logistics considerations
• Some services may be restricted by local technology regulations
• Remote consulting capabilities support global client engagement

12. Service Modifications and Updates

• Service improvements are implemented continuously to enhance client value
• Major changes to consulting methodologies will be communicated in advance
• Client feedback influences service development and improvement priorities
• Legacy project support continues according to original agreements

13. Content Ownership

• TechVision retains ownership of proprietary consulting methodologies and frameworks
• Client-specific deliverables become client property upon full payment
• Joint intellectual property is governed by specific project agreements
• Pre-existing intellectual property remains with original owners

14. License Grants

• Clients receive unlimited license to use consulting deliverables for internal purposes
• Redistribution of consulting materials requires written permission
• Modification rights are included for client-specific implementations
• Attribution requirements apply when sharing methodologies externally

15. Copyright and Trademark Notices

• TechVision trademarks and branding remain our exclusive property
• Third-party software and tools are subject to their respective licenses
• Copyright notices must be preserved in all consulting deliverables
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action
